A character from a personal project called 'Whispers in the Mist'. Based around 19th century England, it takes place in an industrial city, build upon steam and clockwork mechanisms. It’s also a place with a long history in the occult. Industrialists have found a way to harness occult artefacts in order to power their new technology. With this new source of energy, strange phenomena have started happening all over the city – whispers, shadows appearing at night, disappearances. Over time the city has become divided – those with access to resources, money have taken over the main district - a centre of technology where life is glamorous and continues as normal. The rest of the population lives in the lower districts – a more desolate area where no one stays out after dark.
